How it works:
You can listen to the items at the store to make sure they work. Then, you have until the next business day to
decide if the item is satisfactory. If the item doesn't please you,you may return it for a refund. (If you pick up the
item on Saturday, you have until Tuesday to return it, since Audio Systems is not open on Sunday or Monday.)

All consignment items are sold without warranty.
Payment: We accept only cash (or credit cards if you are in our store.) The prices listed above reflect a
10% cash discount. Since cash paid goes directly to the owner of the equipment, there is no sales tax. (With

If you are selling an item on consignment:
Audio Systems receives a commission of 15% to sell items over $1000 and 20% for items under $1000.00.
We will display the unit in the store with the price indicated, put it on our consignment web page, and
demonstrate that the unit works for those interested. As noted above, the purchaser may bring the unit
back,complete, if it is not satisfactory. For this reason, we will not notify you of the sale until the start of the
second business day. Normally, you will be paid by cash.

Items should be priced realistically, so that the price posted will be the price accepted. Units not sold after 60
days may be returned to seller.
